A beautifully restored Georgian house, home to a collection of distinctive spaces. From the Dining Room upstairs to the Atrium and Terrace under glass, with a cocktail bar at its heart, each has its own character and atmosphere.
A House on the Green
Built in 1745 overlooking St. Stephen's Green, the house has stood through centuries of Dublin's history. Carefully restored over the years, many of its original Georgian features remain, creating a unique sense of place in the heart of the city.

The house holds the day, beginning to end. Brunch, lunch, the long afternoon, dinner, and a bar that knows when to slow down.
Eric Oppenheim
Eric Oppenheim is a culinary and hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, and culinary education. He has held senior roles including Head Chef, Group Executive Chef, Culinary Operations Manager, and Lead Instructor, combining creative menu development with strong operational leadership.
Trained at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, he built expertise at Bristol’s Seafood Grill and Lidia’s of Kansas City, where he developed a passion for cuisines and sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. Eric has also contributed to chef training at Dublin Cookery School and is recognised for his commitment to quality, sustainability, and high service standards. He now brings his extensive experience to The Grayson and Eclective Hospitality Group.
